DIVE INTO ADVENTURE WITH PADI SCUBA DIVER COURSE IN KRABI

The PADI Scuba Diver course is indeed a subset of the PADI Open Water Diver course and is designed for those who are short on time but still want to become certified divers.
As a PADI Scuba Diver, you will be qualified to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional to a maximum depth of 12 meters/40 feet. This means that you will always be accompanied by a dive guide or instructor when diving, which can be a great way to gain confidence and experience as a new diver.
If your ultimate goal is to become an Open Water Diver, the Scuba Diver certification is an intermediate step towards achieving that goal. The Open Water Diver certification allows you to dive independently with a buddy, without the need for direct supervision by a professional.
Keep in mind that while the Scuba Diver course is a shorter course than the Open Water Diver course, it still covers important knowledge and skills necessary for safe and enjoyable diving. So, even if you plan on primarily diving with a guide, it’s still important to take the course seriously and learn as much as you can.
